Dr. apr. Celine Meerpoel studied pharmaceutical sciences at Ghent University. After her Master study Celine did a Phd research on the incidence of citrinin in the Belgian food and feed chain where she investigated the risk of citrinin for human and animal health. After succesfully completing her Ph D, she started as Postdoctoral Researcher ath the Ghent University. She is now also Operations manager at MYTOX-SOUTH.
